I offer a complimentary introductory session, giving you the chance to explore what brings you to therapy, consider any goals you may have, and identify potential barriers to your well-being.

 

I often compare the process of finding a therapist to job interviews, but this time, you are the one doing the interviewing. There is no pressure to commit; this is a space for you to decide whether working together feels right for you - after all, you are the expert on your life.

 

All sessions are currently conducted online, with flexible day and evening appointments available. While I do recommend weekly sessions, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I am happy to accommodate your needs.

 

I believe in the power of discovering your authentic voice - you deserve that.
